Day 4 Pandan Island / Apo Reef Tour
We spent the night here in the Apo (Reef) Island. It was quite an experience bonding with stangers (technically) - my tourmates. The highlight for me here was when we took a fresh water bath from the stored rainwater, and just under the moonlight. It was really laid back and hilarious. Hilarious because, we have to wash our private parts right there in the moonlight! haha! The girls just told the boys, "hey no looking this way" and "don't turn on the flashlight".
We awoke very early in the morning. I took this chance to experiment sunrise shots.

…and silhouette shots too.

When the sun was up, we just took our breakfast and off we at 6:30am. We have to go because the van that will bring us to Abra De Ilog will fetch us at 10am.
Then off we go. The wave was big. The tour guide even attempted to impress us by going to a shipwreck. But what we saw there was water water water. This is really so senseless. This tour guide is not really realistic.
After that shipwreck thing, we headed back to Sablayan. Along the way, near the sablayan waters already, I saw some very still and calm waters.
After that, there were fisherman in boat on a particular spot in the sea. My tourmates bought fish there. It was like a fish market in the middle of the sea!
After that we reached our resort just in time for lunch and the van. (Fare = PHP 210)
We reached Abra de ilog at 2pm, we left DJ Resort at 11am. The trip in the ac van is quite comforting compared to the bus I rode when I went to Sablayan.
Here Abra De Ilog Pier area.

Here's us boarding the Montenegro Ferry.
Again, aboard the ferry, here's the view around it.

Here's the view of mindoro from the ferry.

Here's the view of Maricaban Island from the ferry.

And, here the view of Bonito Island from the ferry.

All in all, it was a good trip. My expenses = PHP 3,300 TOTAL. My cheapest trip so far!
And to answer my previous question, if the Pandan Island long travel is worth the trip. My answer is YES!, given you ride the AC Van from Abra De Ilog to Sablayan and Vice Versa.
I would definitely go back to Sablayan for the Pandan Island.
